Fee
As we understand our clients' need to maintain budget framework, we have created a hybrid model which enables fix retainer for bookkeeping & payroll services and charge on hourly basis for CFO & Controlling services.
The fee will be as follows:
1. Bookkeeper & Payroll accountant: monthly retainer (fixed) based on company stage:

Seed (1-5 employees, no OCS, no revenue): 1000 NIS + VAT

R&D (6-15 employees, OCS, no revenue): 1700 NIS + VAT

Initial Growth (16-30 employees, OCS, Initial revenue): 2700 NIS + VAT

Expanded Growth: TBD
2. Controller: 290 NIS/hour + VAT (261 NIS + VAT after discount)
3. CFO: 450 NIS per hour + VAT (390 NIS + VAT after discount)
OurCrowd Portfolio companies will be entitles to receive 13% and 10% discount on CFO & controlling billing resepectively.
