We understand that entrepreneurs and early stage companies take on a great deal of personal risk in the venture. We know that the last thing early stage companies can afford is to bear heavy legal fees just when it is getting started. Yet it is at the beginning, when the company has very limited resources that it will need to solve some of the most challenging legal issues.

We propose to entrepreneurs and early stage companies we believe in, a legal fee arrangement so that we can provide the company the legal support it requires, when it need it the most, while paying for it – on a deeply discounted basis.

Our discount for OurCrowd ventures will be 20% of our customary rates, and under certain (case by case) circumstances we can propose additional creative fee solutions.
